The CASH points ...
... offer you the same service
As with the current ATMs, at a CASH point you can withdraw money and/or make deposits, change your PIN and check your balance. You can carry out these transactions with the account linked to your bank card (and not with your other accounts).
... are optimally secured
The CASH points comply with the highest security standards. And thanks to your bank card and your secret PIN, you are the only person who can access the account linked to your card.
... are accessible to everyone
CASH points are equipped with clear and easy-to-use touch screens. They also all have a voice guidance system, so that even visually impaired and blind clients can carry out all transactions.
Withdrawing and depositing cash
Cash withdrawals
You can use your debit or credit card at a CASH OUT point:
- withdraw up to EUR 625 per transaction and EUR 1,250 per week;
- and for withdrawals of higher amounts, please contact us.
Withdrawing money with the Access Card is not possible.
Cash deposits
At a CASH IN point, you deposit your banknotes (in euro), in a locked room:
- from 6 am to 12 am, 7 days a week;
- with a maximum of 150 notes per deposit (several deposits in one transaction are possible);
- without sorting them;
- all notes are checked ;
- you can deposit money with your Cash Deposit Card, Access Card (with function to deposit) or debit card;
If you make a deposit, you can still enter a free or structured communication. Do you want to enter a structured communication? Then enter the twelve digits of this communication in the blank field. Note: there is no check on the correctness of the structured communication.
