Arval Mid-term Rental

How does it work?

1. You inform Arval of the period you need, between one and 24 months.
2. You specify the category of vehicle from a range of eight possibilities (see ‘Good to know’).
3. Arval will deliver the desired vehicle to you within 48 hours.
4. All services are included: maintenance, repair, all-season tyres, CL+ insurance, damage cover, European breakdown assistance and replacement vehicle after 24 hours. A fixed amount of 3 000 km a month is included in the contract.
5. You make a monthly lease payment according to the selected term and category.

• All-in formula: all your needs are covered. Everything is taken care of for you.
• Availability: this is the ideal formula for seasonal peaks, temporary employees, expats or unforeseen circumstances.
• Flexibility: you choose the lease period and category of vehicle according to your precise needs. If these turn out to be more prolonged, the contract can be adapted immediately. If the term is shorter than anticipated, the contract can be interrupted on payment of a modest administrative fee.
• No admin: you receive a monthly invoice covering all the costs.
• Cost-effective: the formula is cheaper than renting by the week. What’s more, prices are scaled on a basis of 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.

Good to know

• Fuel management is optionally available in the contract.
• The driver benefits from a single point of contact for all his or her needs: maintenance and repair, or questions about fines and fuel cards, etc.
• You can choose between the following eight categories of vehicle:
  • A2 type Renault Clio
  • BA type Peugeot 308 (automatic)
  • B2 type Ford B-Max
  • B6 type Peugeot 308SW
  • C2 type Skoda Octavia
  • C6 type Citroën Grand C4 Picasso
  • D2 type Volvo V60
  • V1 type Citroën Berlingo
• All vehicles are equipped with all-season tyres, metallic paint, air-co, built-in GPS and Bluetooth car kit.
