Please note that in the vast majority of cases, this card is managed online, in Easy Banking Business, via your Card Manager.

Advantages
1. With the new version of Easy Banking Business Mobile, business credit card holders can access a range of features without the need for an Easy Banking Business profile:
- Check the status and details of their business credit card
- View the monthly limit defined by their employer
- Track the available balance, spent or reserved for the current month
- Access the details of transactions made (up to 12 months back)
- Contact the relevant departments directly to report fraud or block the credit card (Card Stop)
Note: use of the Easy Banking Business Mobile features dedicated to business credit card holders requires identification via itsme®. This means that users must have a Belgian identity card linked to itsme® or an itsme® account activated with a Belgian bank.

2. The Card Manager can do the following online via the Easy Banking Business contract:
- adapt the usage limits, either permanently or temporarily,
- (un)block the card if it is lost, for example,
- replace or close cards,
- manage contact details,
- view and search transactions

Good to know
When you receive your card, it is already active.
- In Belgium, the first transaction must nevertheless be made on a terminal with the PIN code (no contactless payment) or on an ATM (cash withdrawal if authorised by your card manager or change of PIN code).
- Abroad, it is preferable to make a first transaction on a terminal with the PIN code (no contactless payment) or to withdraw money at an ATM (if authorised by your card manager)
